Local membership organization seeking a Membership Coordinator!

Job Duties:

  • Assist to process membership dues and other membership related services
  • Update database to accurately reflect members' information
  • Coordinate information and report-sharing with appropriate entities
  • Generate reports and mailing lists
  • Respond to inquiries from all stakeholders and direct questions to appropriate staff members
  • Identify delinquent dues and refunds, as necessary
  • Conduct research on appropriate member benefits
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in related field, preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
