Reputable company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls 
  • Supports the team by learning to resolve basic customer concerns
  • Tracks and distributes new customer leads to project developers
  • Stocks and organizes administrative supplies
  • Works closely with the Director of Operations and Sales to enhance the customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years of previous office administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Superior customer service and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $18-20 per hour pay rate, depending on experience
