Local company seeking a Rental Manager!

Job Duties:

  • Execute contracts and agreements with clients
  • Communicate and coordinate with prospective and current clients
  • Provide resources and information around product program
  • Provide information about various programs, benefits, etc
  • Maintain client database to ensure accurate client information
  • Obtain relevant documentation to ensure successful transaction
  • Generate and maintain client statuses to ensure satisfactory services
  • Conduct on-site inspections and coordination, as necessary
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients about potential needs
  • Conduct regular outreach to continuing clients and help develop relationships
  • Create marketing strategies, including newsletters, flyers, and website maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in relevant field
  • Ability to speak Japanese, a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks

Pay: Up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience
