NOW HIRING - Customer Service Representative

Call customers to advise of delays with orders, work with planning, materials, purchasing and operations personnel to communicate and resolve issues that customers report, resolve billing issues, approve return merchancise, create and maintain customer informaiton and problem resolution during the call, create and distribute various reports, assist in analyzing trends of customer inquiries and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 2-5 years experience in customer service
  • Must be able to handle irate customers
  • Computer experience a must - Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Oracle CRX experience preferred
  • Must be organized
  • Must be a team player

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
