Remedy staffing is hiring in Ontario, NY for a temporary AP/AR staff accountant and administrator to support their team.

Monday - Friday
8 am-4:30 pm

Job Description: Manage all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
responsibilities; additionally provide administrative support to General Manager, Sales and Human Resource departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Daily processing A/P invoices into Quickbooks.
•Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Process vendor payments on all approved invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
•Analyze inventory pricing and quantity discrepancies.
•Assist suppliers with discrepancies, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
•Answer all incoming calls, screen and transfer in a professional manner

Required Job Skills:

•Ability to use QuickBooks
•Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Ability to keep company/employee information confidential
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Must be a good team member, working well with others

•High school diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in an office setting
