Local institution seeking a Procurement Manager!

Job Duties:

  • Plan and oversee projects in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage contracts with external stakeholders
  • Assist with the implementation and management of contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate and provide review, administration, and compliance activities for contracts
  • Identify opportunities for operational and procurement process improvement
  • Support contract review, acceptance, and compliance
  • Designate resources to meet project goals and prepare budgets
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project schedule and action plans
  • Respond accordingly to partner inquiries
  • Create and modify documents and communication plans with all stakeholders
  • Review Covid-19 guidance to resolve inconsistencies and identify efficiencies in communicating information
  • Review Covid-19 administrative programs to resolve stakeholder inquiries, identify available solutions and interface with stakeholder regarding contracts
  • Review crisis response program initiatives to resolve inquiries from stakeholders and to provide follow up information on contracts, workshops, HR issues, and more
  • Review other projects to inform stakeholders on new processes and policy changes
  • Measure project performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Manage internal meetings and conduct follow up as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s in related field
  • 5-7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in project management, contract management, and/or human resources
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $63,000 annually
