Reputable company in the airline industry seeking a Case Manager!

Job Duties:

  • Oversee absence claim cases and communicate accordingly
  • Provide expertise and guidance on leave programs and other initiatives under HR guidance
  • Review and interpret assessments
  • Compile written and verbal reports
  • Advise employees on appropriate action plans
  • Provide performance management expertise on personnel performance to enhance daily operations
  • Perform special projects, audits, and other reporting as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of employee relations
  • Ability to interpret employee claims
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

Pay: $40 per hour
