A local construction company in the Honolulu area is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to join their team!

Job Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Interact with customers
  • Typing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and emailing involved
  • Log and organize digital and paper filing systems
  • Assist in other duties and projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience
