Local insurance company looking for an Admin Assistant, specializing in claims and billing!

Job Duties:

  • Process notices and email claims documentation to appropriate departments
  • Answer inquiries from various stakeholders and partner companies
  • Answer and transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Document accidents and incidents
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of general office experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle customer demands under pressure

Pay: $15 per hour
