Industry leader in specialized technology equipment located in Omaha is adding to their customer service team with a Customer Support Coordinator! 

 

Daytime schedule with salary DOE $45,000 - $50,000

 

The Customer Support Coordinator will assist customers with inquiries about product and services to best match their state’s regulation needs. Duties include: 

  • Work within assigned territory to support customer order requests up to delivery of products
  • Provide basic technical and procedural support for new products per customer inquiry
  • Resolve customer product and service issues including orders, forms, and delivery requests
  • Work in shared calendar to organize customer support needs and timely returns of equipment
  • Ensure accuracy of records to ensure new products or services be provided to benefit the customer

Preferred experience for Customer Support Coordinator: 

  • Previous customer support experience in email and phone communication
  • Preferred project management skills and experience
  • Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in comparable field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Time management and strong ability to prioritize tasks
