Our local Omaha client, a big name in the insurance industry, is seeking additional customer service agents to work in a life insurance call center representative role - for English and Spanish speaking agents!

This is a remote position! Looking specifically for candidates in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa! 

This call center environment received inbound calls with questions and inquiries related to life insurance policies.

Customer service skills and top notch computer skills are a must!  Apply today for this role starting SOON!  NO interview required!

Daily tasks:

  • Provide direct support to policyowners, producers, providers and other stakeholders 
  • Interact, respond and resolve customer requests via multiple channels including phone, email and written correspondence
  • Perform multiple work roles within knowledge and skill sets such as customer service soft skills, analyzing & processing transactions and effectively handling customer requests under supervision 

 Monday - Friday, with scheduled hours from 8am - 5:30pm.  Pay rate is $16.50/hour for agents - and $17.50/hour for bilingual agents!
