- Answer phones
- Assist with walk-ins and answer member questions about their benefits
- Update addresses of members when necessary
- Assist members with daily transactions
- Correspond with members
- Process benefit verification
- Prepare and scan reports
- Maintain accurate member records
- Provide customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Benefits experience preferred
- HR experience preferred
- Able to multi-task
Pay: $15-17, depending on experience
