Local union member organization seeking a full-time Administrative Accounting Assistant.

Primary duties:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Collect member dues
  • Register new members
  • Data entry and records management
  • Accounting processing
  • Additional clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented

Pay: $16-20, depending on experience
