Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

  • Client can be flexible with start and end time, 40 hour work week!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00, Depends on experience

Job Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Customer Service and/or Account Management and working closely with client companies
  • Self Starter and requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered
  • Comfortable on the phones, emails, computers.
  • ERP - internal system
  • Ability to decipher customer instructions/needs into functional job tickets for production team and other departments

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of CSR, Account Management, Microsoft Office, Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Stand, Sit, Lift up to 25lbs at times, Bend, Twist, Computer, Walk production floor
  • Experience in CSR, Account Management role, Administration
  • Office, Warehouse, Manufacturing Packaging Company 
  • Microsoft office - Data Entry, Excel, ERP - internal system, client will train!
  • Leadership, motivation, and coaching skills
  • Detail oriented and data-driven
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
