Large local insurance company in the medical industry looking for Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Representative:

Job duties:

  • Process forms and perform accurate data entry
  • Resolve reoccurring issues
  • Provide general administrative support for the department
  • Oversee mail duties and process incoming faxes
  • Light customer service via phone
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.

Pay:  $12-15 per hour, depending on experience
