Description

Reputable local organization seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle aspects of Fund Development for the organization:

Primary Duties:

  • Provide direct support to the Manager of Fund Development
  • Identify and acquire all necessary equipment, supplies and materials as needed
  • Input donor information into system
  • Update donation information as received
  • Provide reports to managers with information
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or event coordination experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Pay: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
