  • Communicates constantly with the Office about customer orders and expectations, completed orders, and/or reasons for shipping delays.
  • Reviews invoices, work orders and monitors inventory levels of products and raw materials. Communicates with Production Manager on inventory needs.
  • Inspects physical conditions of warehouse, equipment and goods shipped and received. Ensures shipping room, warehouse and dock are neat, clean, safe and sanitary.
  • Moves products and supplies throughout the facilities as needed.
  • Fulfills customer orders accurately and packs and wraps orders efficiently to avoid damage to product.
  • Attends to storage and distribution operations within the Company.
  • Loads and unloads trucks and vehicles safely.
  • This position will be actively involved in the receiving process and inventory control including  inspecting incoming shipments for quantity, correct contents, and sanitary or damage issues.
  • Collects required paperwork and provides to the Office Department.
  • Maintains forklift safety following the Fee Brother’s Forklift Training Program.
  • Ensures forklift batteries are charged.


This role supports the supervisory duties of the Shipping & Receiving Manager including:

  • Coordinates schedules and assignments among labeling team members to meet Company’s production and maintenance needs.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of production and facility maintenance procedures.
  • Assists in the hiring and training of labeling team members and provides general direction to team members.
  • Monitors and provides feedback on the performance of labeling team members recommending personnel actions as needed to the Shipping & Receiving Manager.
  • Directs and supports routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Facilitates the achievement of department objectives.
  • Provides leadership and example-setting for all team members to avoid accidents and product contamination while following Company policies and procedures.


  • Occasionally assists Production Department when extra personnel are needed.
  • Attends to domestic orders being labeled and/or shipped as requested.
  • Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
  • Works overtime occasionally under special or seasonal circumstances.

Job Requirements


  • High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of warehouse/facilities management experience, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.
  • Forklift training preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
