Local company seeking an Administrative Clerk to join their team! 

Job Duties:

  • Manage front door and office area
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Scheduling/calendaring in Microsoft Outlook
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1-2+ years of office experience 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • This position is forward facing so there will be interaction with the public

Shift schedule:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 11AM-8PM; Sun 8AM-5PM; Wed & Sat OFF
