Great company in Honolulu seeking a Benefits Assistant to join their team. 

Primary duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Assist with walk-ins and answer member questions about their benefits
  • Update addresses of members when necessary
  • Assist members with daily transactions
  • Correspond with members
  • Process benefit verification
  • Prepare and scan reports
  • Maintain accurate member records
  • Provide customer service

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Benefits experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred
  • Able to multi-task

Pay: $15-17, depending on experience
