Local insurance company seeking a Administrative Specialist! 

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and process all new TDI applications
  • Processes changes to existing policies (including name changes, rate changes, etc.)
  • Collect TDI premiums and serve as the primary contact for new business inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to agents, employers and customers
  • Prepare folders and review information from new application to new policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of office administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task

Pay: $15-$16 per hour, depending on experience
