Local company seeking a HR Coordinator!

Job Duties:

  • Assists with the full cycle recruitment and interview process
  • Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters
  • Assist with answering all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Completes Forms I-9 and maintains I-9 files   
  • Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers
  • Assists with reconciliation of benefits statements and bills
  • Submits background screening report requests and assist with background checks
  • Assists with the processing of terminations and employee exits
  • Processes and tracks unemployment claims of employees
  • Support administration of the employee health and welfare plans
  • Assist with preparation of AAP and EEO reporting
  • Conducts audit of benefits and other HR programs
  • Assists with administrative support tasks
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred
  • 2-3+ years of HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience
