Local insurance company in downtown Honolulu seeking an Insurance Client Coordinator to join their team!

Job Duties:

  • Collect and process endorsements
  • Handle policy inquiries, changes, quotes, and billing questions from agents and customers via phone, walk-in, and/or email
  • Complete client servicing to retain existing policyholders
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Call center experience preferred

Pay: $14-17 per hour, depending on experience
