A local insurance claims company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! This is a partial remote position!

Job Duties:

  • Receptionist Duties: answer and transfer calls, greet customer, update reception logs
  • Process faxes and unassigned emails
  • Assist in mail room: process/scanning incoming mail and documents
  • Serve as a file coordinator: logged closed files for storage, handle pull requests and organize
  • Other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Must be able to work independently and a team player

Pay: $15-16 per hour, depending on experience
