Reputable restaurant group looking for a General Manager! 

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant
  • Achieve financial objectives by building sales and growing a highly profitable restaurant
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Responsible for ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies
  • Responsible for ensuring consistently high quality of food preparation and service
  • Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Responsible for hiring, supervision, development and termination of employees
  • Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews
  • Mutually establish developmental goals, objectives and action plans for employees
  • Build relationships within the community and community organizations to promote brand awareness and partnerships and bring in new guests
  • Develop business through catering and private dining sales

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years full service, high volume senior level restaurant management experience
  • Must maintain a professional business demeanor and appearance at all time
  • Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
  • Strong time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-started with demonstrated leadership experience

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
