Local company seeking a HR Administrative Assistant!
- Assists with HR and administrative tasks including payroll processing, compensation, employee benefits
- Responsible for onboarding new hires and orientation
- Conduct benefits enrollment and compensation processes
- Assist with employee evaluation and annual review
- Participate with the scheduling of interviews and planning recruiting events
- Assists with employee programs and social media/marketing
- Assist with the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures
- Assists with the planning and execution of company events
- Assists with some light accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience
