Human Resources Manager with a great company in Franklinton OH!
We have an exciting opening for an HR Manager. The right candidate is a self-motivated individual who thinks like an entrepreneur, constantly innovating and driving positive change to influence and shape our clients culture.
The person in this role will initially be responsible for all things HR including Recruiting, Training, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration and administering HR Best Practices.
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000

You're qualified if you have:
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Expertise in HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Excellent communication skills
