Admin Assistant need for Seasonal Help, August -October- Assisting Office with Filing and Data Entry.

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Primary Functions:

  • Assist department with general admin duties
  • Tracking files via computer program
  • Assisting clients with enrollment processes
  • Running reports as needed
  • Filing and updating of files

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • MS Office & Knowledge of general Office Equipment

Essential Job Functions:

  • Use office machines such as telephones, fax machines
  • Data entry and word processing for spreadsheets or custom applications
