Local company seeking a Recruiter!

Job Duties:

  • Develops appropriate position specific marketing strategies
  • Maintains effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact in recruiting and hiring process
  • Manages vendor service-level agreements, billing, and discounts to ensure high quality and effective service
  • Provides expertise and guidance to business units to develop talent sourcing strategies
  • Research and implements recruiting programs focused on attracting top talent
  • Conducts full cycle recruiting
  • Ensures employee engagement and recognition programs have a focus on employee first year experience
  • Develop retention program with new hires in the first year including engaging employees through regular check ins
  • Performs a variety of administrative support tasks within department
  • Keeps abreast of starting compensation and ranges
  • Consults with managers and supervisors, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Performs similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Working knowledge of HR state and federal employment laws
  • HR Certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multi-task and juggle different priorities

Pay: $60,000+, depending on experience
