- Process benefit verification
- Complete COBRA processing
- Prepare reports and assist auditor with annual audit
- Maintain accurate member records
- Provide customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Benefits experience preferred
- HR experience preferred
- Able to multi-task
Pay: $16-18, depending on experience
