Administrative Assistant

Full-time or Part-time. Ideal hours would be 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday; minimum of 3 days per week (24 hours).

Job Description:

*Guest & Member Services: -Answer phone calls and emails requesting tour information and reservation assistance.

*Volunteer Support: -Distribute tour supplies to volunteers as needed. -Assist volunteers with reservation report access. -Maintain and update volunteer directory.

*General Administration: -Participate and take notes in weekly staff meetings. -Sort all incoming mail and distribute it appropriately. -Maintaining files and records (mostly digital).

Job Requirements

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with an engaging and enthusiastic personality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work with a variety of people in a professional manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including proper English usage
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office programs
