Customer Service Representative

answer multi-phone lines, extensive in-coming calls, call on tel-sell accounts and submit orders, customer support for other departments, assist walk-ins, applicants, employees, supervisors, and management. Dispatching customer product requests to specified departments, data entry of customer sale orders, repairs and service requests. responsible for invoicing, sorting mail, faxes, and general filing, update pricing plans for accounts.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient Computer Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Proficient in general office equipment

Hours - 8am-5pm - Monday through Friday
