Full time position that reports to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales.
Primary responsibility of this position is order management and document control for orders and submittals.
- Liaison between the sales office and other departments within the company
- Primary contact to retrieve and process all submittal and RFQ data packages from third party data sites.
- Coordinate document submittal packages to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Review and enter orders
- Maintain/update various sales related documents
- Answer phones, e-mail inquiries and other tasks as required.
