Full time position that reports to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales.

Primary responsibility of this position is order management and document control for orders and submittals. 

  • Liaison between the sales office and other departments within the company
  • Primary contact to retrieve and process all submittal and RFQ data packages from third party data sites. 
  • Coordinate document submittal packages to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Review and enter orders
  • Maintain/update various sales related documents
  • Answer phones, e-mail inquiries and other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Office experience in a sales support function preferred
  • Computer skills including Excel and Adobe
  • Communication Skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers
