A premier manufacturer in Farmington, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Pay rate: $16/HR
Hours: Typical office hours, similar to 830AM-5PM
• Placement of customer orders: confirm pricing, refunds, or exchanges within Epicor
• Manage customer forecasts and planning efforts to fill customers’ needs
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• 2-5+ Years of experience managing customers
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Epicor 10 experience not required but would be a PLUS
• Proficient Skill Level with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Office 365
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
