Growing scheduling support call center in La Vista, NE is looking for customer service rockstars to join their new class starting in July as a Scheduler / Customer Support specialist!

Various shift opportunities between 8:00am and 8:00pm | Starting at $14.00/hr AND UP!

 

5 weeks of on site comprehensive, hands on training then work from home or on site – YOUR CHOICE!

 

Scheduler / Customer Support tasks include:

  • Inbound support for scheduling, cancelling and moving appointments
  • Navigate multiple scheduling symptoms ensuring calendar entry is accurate per customer’s requests
  • Provide top notch customer service to each call!
