Manufacturing Company in North Java looking for a Customer Service Rep. 

Shift: Monday-Friday 1:00p-9:00p

Assist the Customer Service Team Leader in an effective productive manner. 


  • Create customer and shop drawings digitally. 
  • Produce accurate and complete quotes, customer orders and shop orders. 
  • Input details/ data in ERP system. 
  • Interact professionally with customers and Select team members. 
  • Phone, social media and ecommerce sales, support and customer service. 
  • Willingness to support calls and questions to support customers on the West Coast. 


  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
  • Previous customer service experience desirable. 

Skills needed: 

  • Proficient in mathematics 
  • Problem solving 
  • Detail orientated 
  • Ability to learn Autocad
  • Telephone, internet and social media savvy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
