Growing Lincoln Manufacturer is adding to their Customer Service Team! 

Daytime 1st shift hours! $16.83/hr

Customer Service / Support Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high level customer service by communicating via email and telephone with customers 
  • Observe company and department policies and procedures 
  • Ensure expedient delivery of global shipments by coordinating delivery and preparing all required documentation for export to ensure goods clear customers
  • Satisfy customer needs in all interactions 
  • Ensure all document and shipping requirements are met on Letters of Credit orders 
  • Act as account manager on requests as needed

High school diploma or GED required
