Shift:  Mid-Shift, 10:30am - 7:00pm

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • or 
  • Monday - Friday
  • OT on occasion, possible Saturday schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50, Depends on work experience and bilingual skills

Job Duties of the Customer Experience Representative:

  • 90% - Responsible for incoming calls and meeting goals of standard, less complex calls
  • Queue management
  • Handle calls in a timely manner
  • Seeks out answers to questions using the material and tools available
  • Understand product knowledge
  • Escalate calls as needed
  • 10%  - Responsible on maintaining email box, data entry and enter no charge parts

Job Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months experience in a customer service role
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to type while on the phone with customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent problem -solving skills
  • Understand and applies technical skills, methods and process to perform
  • 6 months and bilingual - Spanish is a plus and compensated for this knowledge
