A local medical company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team!

Job Duties:

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Process paperwork for office
  • Scanning and filing paperwork
  • Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Receive and distribute any mail
  • High volume of data entry and working in Excel
  • General administrative duties

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative work experience
  • MS Word and Excel knowledge required
  • Experience in utilizing Constant Contact preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $15-$17 per hour
