Supervision of line employees to meet GMP and Quality, Food Safety Management System requirements
Placing any inferior or questionable products shall be placed on departmental temporary hold.
Receiving Bulk Flour per standard operating procedures.
Prefer 1 year -Food Manufacturing Experience – (Especially someone with experience in Food Quality)
Prefer minimum High School diploma or GED
Reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
