Shift: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am; 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)

Pay: $18.18/hour; increase after probationary period 

Job Duties of the Material Handler:

• Transport raw materials to  and from production machines to ensure continuous operation.
• Follow production schedules to determine materials needed to be pulled and staged.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials.
• Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks to transport products.

• Must have at least 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable operating forklifts, high lifts and pallet jacks
• Must have a high comfort level doing work on the computer (reading schedules, data entry, emails, etc.)
• Must be able to read and fill out paperwork
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently (occasionally up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to move about the production floor for 12 hour shifts (as needed)
• Must be able to get on and off the lift trucks frequently which includes bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling and twisting
