Local insurance company seeking a Customer Service Associate!
- Research and validate customer information
- Process adding violations to a policy within set time frames
- Process changes in the system and distribute email to folders
- Processes policy changes and completes activities
- Distributes incoming emails to assigned team folders.
- Reviews forms/documents and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
- Work within the renewal time frames to process changes correctly
- Assist with incoming mail/faxes received
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pace environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
