Local insurance company seeking a Customer Service Associate!

Job Duties:

  • Research and validate customer information
  • Process adding violations to a policy within set time frames
  • Process changes in the system and distribute email to folders 
  • Processes policy changes and completes activities
  • Distributes incoming emails to assigned team folders. 
  • Reviews forms/documents and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
  • Work within the renewal time frames to process changes correctly
  • Assist with incoming mail/faxes received
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high pace environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $14/hr
