Fantastic company located near 90th and Dodge is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join their team! 

 

Customer Service Representatives are answering inbound calls from insurance policy holders and servicing their requests. No selling involved - pure customer service!

 

Training Hours - Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm | Regular Hours - Monday-Friday, hours between 8am-7pm

 

$14 - 15.50/hr DOE

 

Main job functions: 

  • Provide thorough and accurate responses to customer requests/inquiries received via email and phone
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customer
  • Enter data while maintaining established service/productivity levels and meeting quality guidelines
