Local company seeking a Training Administrator!

Job Duties:

  • Work with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
  • Collaborate with vendors and training providers to arrange employee registration for training programs
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address business needs
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field
  • 4+ years experience in the field of industrial and safety training position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have an outgoing proactive approach and strong administrative skills
  • Previous experience training within a school or business in a classroom setting
  • Experience with designing and implementing training programs
  • Valid State of Hawaii drivers’ license in good standing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience
