40% Data Entry of open orders, and receipts of orders into ASW and customer specific software. Invoice checking, reports and bill of Lading. Work Bud exchange for schedules. Maintains other shipping records such as goods returned, returnable pallets, dunnage, etc. All can and glass transactions, checks and counts of items unloaded from trucks. Checks suppliers' count and reports discrepancies to carrier and to purchasing office.

38% To prepare records of all glass and can shipments and bills of lading for truck carriers. Prepares records of receipt of incoming material and equipment and posts to open orders of suppliers. Responsible for accuracy of shipping documents and verifying receiving receipts with open orders. Create line sheets, inventory tags and vacation schedule for warehouse employees.

12% Answer incoming calls; take messages, forward calls to appropriate department. Schedule receiving appointments with trucking companies. Handle customer inquires and concerns. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.

10% Apply and inspect all seals on inbound as well as outbound loads.
