On behalf of a well-known Omaha employer, Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking customer service professionals for an exciting new opportunity in April!

This insurance leader in Omaha is hiring for phone-based customer service agents to assist a compliance department.  M-F 8am - 4:30pm - and paying $17/hour for your professional skills!

This role includes assisting new and current internal associates to ensure that compliance and credentials are updated with the company.  Other duties include:

  • the ability to de-escalate calls from dissatisfied team members
  • assist with trouble-shooting documentation needed on behalf of company
  • research status checks and pending requests
  • validate and certify updated licensing and credentials submitted to the team

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • priority on customer focus and one-call resolution
  • recent work experience within a call center, explaining detailed information to callers
  • reliable and predictable attendance
  • intermediate computer skills and fluency with ability to learn quickly
  • speed and accuracy on the keyboard
