In this position you will help with service center operations and provide administrative and project management support.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring timely delivery of product to customers Effectively respond to customer requests, problems and requirements Manage your accounts with professionalism and integrity Build relationships through outstanding customer service Help with order processing and ensure data entries on bills offloading and inventory reports are accurate and timely Meet weekly KPI's set by the CS Manager
