Shift: 1st 8AM to 5pm Monday thru Friday

Pay $20 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the client’s primary contact for any customer.
• The CSR is responsible for intercepting faxed or scanned orders, keying orders in to system
• Conducting follow up phone calls to requestors.
• Responsible for all communication between the various departments and its customers
• Must exercise the highest quality of phone and email etiquette
• Candidates will consent to screenings per client request
