Receptionist  

We are searching for an enthusiastic and professional "People Person" with basic administrative skills for a temporary project in South Fort Myers. All applicants should have a minimum of two years office experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and possess strong verbal and written skills. This position requires a love of customer service, professional presentation and excellent phone etiquette. We are looking for someone available to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 2:30PM for the next 3-6 weeks. This position will start as a temporary position but could be temp to hire for the right person. This location requires a 7 yr pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Job duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer customer questions when possible or refer inquiries to the appropriate parties.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer questions and complaints, when necessary refer customer questions and complaints to the appropriate parties.
• Assist with the processing and data entry of work orders, change orders and general billing.
• Maintain accurate customer records by documenting customer contact, work orders, payments, inquires and ensuring that customer and work order records are properly filed.

Minimum qualifications and necessary skills:

• Two or more years working in a customer service or receptionist position in an office environment

Administrative Assistant - Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated Administrator with a basic understanding Accounting and QuickBooks to fill a temporary entry to mid-level administrative support role at a local resort. This position works closely with the Accounting and Operations so flexibility, strong computers skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail are a must.

Job Duties

• Enter work orders, purchase orders, invoices, inventory and bills into QuickBooks
• Communicate with venders and customers to help resolve invoice issues
• Assist with permitting process and work orders as needed
• Maintain project, vender and client files
• Basic Reporting as needed
• Great customers, answer multiple phone lines, transfer calls and take accurate messages
• Collect, sort and deliver mail to appropriate departments

Bookkeeper

We are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements of our growing RV Resort. General bookkeeping experience (AP, AR, Payroll, General Leger, and business tax prep.), excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as excellent customer service, strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, flexible, and is committed to accuracy and consistently meeting deadlines.

Job Duties

• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Prepare and send invoices and receipts to debtors
• Process vendor invoices and track account balances
• Prepare quarterly and monthly tax reports, payroll, operating and business taxes
• Record financial transactions in QuickBooks 
• Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
• Carry out bank reconciliations
• Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents
• Utilize provided or sourced software to provide up to date, accurate financial reporting
• Report any irregularities in data to management
• Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts 

Minimum Requirements 

• Minimum of 4 years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports.
• Proficient at both computerized and manual accounting
• Strong working knowledge QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate between multiple databases and software platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions, payroll returns business taxes.

Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

We are now hiring for a seasonal Warehouse Associate in the Fort Myers area. In this role, you will serve as a Warehouse Associate at a facility in Fort Myers and perform duties such as receiving, storing, packaging, labeling and distributing product. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming product; enter into computer system.
• Load and unload shipments
• Stock product, assemble boxes
• Accurately pull/pack orders for both shipping and will-call customer pick-up
• Participate in counting of physical inventory
• Utilize shipping software to prepare outbound shipments
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates
• May sweep, dust or mop the warehouse area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices
• Minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail is critical
• Must be able to pull complex orders accurately.

Production Associate

Full-Time/ 2^nd  Shift / Monday – Sunday  / 2:30 AM – 12:00 PM

We are currently hiring for an experience Production, Bakery, or Food Service Worker for a Production Associate position at a production bakery in East Fort Myers. This position supports the Production Topping areas as well as Processing and Packaging, by assisting with the fallowing duties in a rotational basis:  Packer, Orientor, Case Packer, Topping Supplier, Work in Process Supplier, Case Erector, and Palletizer. This position requires associates be able to work overtime when needed.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Ensures bagel halves are appropriately placed on the shell conveyor as needed.
• Packer - Places product in the product tray in a consistent manner ensuring the appropriate amount of product is assigned to each tray.        
• Work in Process Supplier - Provides a constant supply of product to the processing line.
• Case Former - ensures an adequate supply of cases are formed and supplied to the line.
• Case Packer - Inserts finished product into the master case.
• Performs product rework as necessary.
• Ensure good housekeeping in production area.
• Follow Safety Guidelines in accordance with Safe Practices and Job Safety Analysis. Participates in the    
• Work Safe Process.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices.
• May perform other duties as required.

Bakery Associate

Full-Time / 2nd shift/ 2:30 PM – 12:30 PM

We are currently searching for experience production or food service works for a Bakery Associate position at a Production Bakery in East fort Myers. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime Monday – Friday (associates must be able to work weekends in season) from 2:30 PM – 12:30 PM. Bakery Associate are typically responsible for the flowing activities, on a rotational basis.

• Remove defective product pieces and space unfinished baked goods onto boards to prevent them from baking together.
• Perform daily divider clean-ups by removing excess dough from dividers, formers, floor.
• Sort and orient product top side up on the slicer infeed feed conveyor.
• Monitor and report defective product in this work area. Maintain control of slicing process and make adjustments as required.
• Monitor board return conveyor and remove baked goods /product to avoid jams at the accumulator / proofers.
• Relieve other employees for breaks, as needed, and assist Bakery Operator when required.
• Collect and track waste in bakery production area. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion, following all guidelines on the Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area and wet and dry-clean of Bakery.
• May perform other duties when required by Team Leader.
• Follow Safety Guidelines in accordance with Safe Practices and Job Safety Analysis. Participates in the

Topping Operator / Production Bakery

Full-Time  / Monday - Sunday

We are currently searching for experienced production or food service works for an Industrial Bakery position at a Production Bakery in East Fort Myers. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime Monday – Sunday (individuals must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed). The Topping Operator monitors the line personnel, product and equipment periodically to ensure compliance with Company Standards and Policy.  It is the responsibility of the Topping Operator to ensure the equipment is operating sufficiently, that product is being produced in safe and sanitary manner, and the line personnel are following Good Manufacturing Practices and work procedures. Topping Operators are typically responsible for the flowing activities, on a rotational basis.  

 Description as it applies to all four positions

• Prepares line for production
• Responsible for recording, and reporting downtime.
• Performs routine adjustments on line equipment to maintain product specifications.
• Requests assistance in trouble-shooting and reports all non-conformances.
• Communicates problems or changes in quality to appropriate personnel.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervision.
• 8.   Monitors and record raw, packaging materials and ingredient codes
• Understand the concepts and participate in the techniques of the quality process.
• Inspect topping line for sanitation and USDA compliance.

• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, crawl, and work in awkward positions.
• Some level of mechanical aptitude (operator experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a warm and cold environment 
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and instruct people.

• A reasonable amount of care must be taken while performing each task to avoid equipment damage and equipment downtime.
