E-Commerce Director

The E-Commerce Director will lead all E-commerce activities, managing one other E-commerce professional. This position will direct, manage, coordinate, and guide activities in, listing, marketing, and regulatory compliance. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for ensuring that communications meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness. This position will serve as a member of the Sales Business Unit and is a key decision maker who is expected to collaborate with multiple departments and individuals. The incumbent must have an ability to listen, guide, motivate, and build strong and trusting relationships.

The E-Commerce Manager will need experience with:

  • Amazon Vendor central / Seller central experience
  • data management ; operational performance compliance analysis; FBA shipment management
  • Product launch experience, optimization of listings and a thorough understanding of Amazon A9
  • Experience with AMS – pay per click optimization, experience with automation software preferred.
  • Enhanced brand content/ A+
  • Channel management software - ChannelAdvisor preferred.
  • Inventory and sales report analysis
  • Marketing - craft creative/ persuasive copy and collateral
  • Experience with Walmart Item 360, Home Depot IDM, Ebay.com among other online retailers.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic workplace.

Account management skills consisting of

  • Product / Market analysis
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Charisma, character, and negotiation skills
