Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our valued client located just south of Portage, WI. Apply now for this excellent Direct Hire opportunity!

hift: 1st 6:30am - 4:00pm M-Fr. Weekends occasionally and on call rotation.

Pay: 60-70k boe

Job duties of the Maintenance Technician:

• Ensure that all equipment is kept in a proper and safe working condition
• Direct and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance duties
• Maintain facility housekeeping
• Communicate with all plant personnel
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment that is not operating properly
• Understand and practice company core values 

• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting
• Understand purpose and proper use of small hand and power tools
• Understanding of company manufacturing processes including troubleshooting all machinery & equipment
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel
